Privacy Policy

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business.

When you book a consult call, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), any notes you add (optional), your timezone, and the time slot you selected.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and manage your consult call, and send you confirmation and reminder emails about that call.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us run PoolLeads Co:

• Supabase — securely stores your contact and booking information.

• Resend — sends the confirmation and notification emails related to your booking.

• Google Calendar — schedules your consult call on our end, so we know when to call you.

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics software.

We keep your contact and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our service. You can request that we delete it at any time — see “Your choices” below.

To access, correct, or delete the information we have about you, email us at poolleadsco@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

If we make changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
